USE AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Use of this site constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.

THE CONTRACT
The Customer who places the order on the Grotto della Salute website must be at least 18 years of age and must be in possession of full legal capacity or have parental authorization that allows him to proceed with placing the order on the site .
Il Grotto della Salute reserves the right to refuse any orders if:

• The Customer has a dispute regarding the payment of previous orders;

• Your order is flagged by our security system as an unusual order or at risk of fraud.

 

PRICE
Il Grotto della Salute reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Shipping costs are included in the price.

PAYMENT

Payment for online orders is made using different types of payment cards, at the customer's discretion. The prices indicated in the online shop are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. All credit and debit card transactions are charged at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES
Il Grotto della Salute undertakes to deliver the ordered Gift Voucher as soon as possible. Average delivery times are between 1 and 5 working days from payment.

REPLACEMENT
In the event of an incorrect purchase, the Gift Voucher will be replaced with consequent waiting for it to be sent by mail. The Gift Voucher must have been purchased no later than 3 months after replacement.

DATA PROTECTION
Obtaining and protecting personal information collected in the context of online sales is essential, as this information is necessary for order processing and delivery of the Gift Voucher. This information is strictly confidential and will not be used by Grotto della Salute for other purposes (newsletters, promotions, etc.) nor sent to third parties. In case of failure to provide the requested personal information, the order will be automatically rejected.

APPLICABLE LAW / COURT
All contracts are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute between the parties will be resolved by the competent courts of the Canton of Ticino.

The Vienna Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods does not apply.

The competent legal court is that of the company headquarters in Massagno.
